Bladder Problems - Do you have a problem?


For some women bladder weakness has become so much part of their lives they have altered their daily routines to cope. Take a look at the following questions and if any of them apply to you it could be that you're adapting your lifestyle to cover up problems:
  • Do you often leak when you run, jump, cough or sneeze
  • Do you empty your bladder more than 6-8 times a day
  • Do you have get up more than twice in the night to empty your bladder
  • Do you always carry a spare pair of dry undies (just in case)

If the answer is yes to most of these questions then you do not have good bladder control
